Description
Our U4-1530 model series has a large Rotary axis integrated into the machine base. This is used to set up a Clamping tower or a console table that protrudes into the work area. This allows different clamping fixtures to be used in quick succession without any set-up effort. It is also possible to process workpieces on three sides and at oblique angles.
There is also a rigid milling table on the left-hand side of the work area for longer and higher components.
The Milling head, which can be moved in three axes, can be equipped with various spindles that reach speeds of 12,000 to 20,000 rpm. Tool magazines with a capacity of up to 122 tools supply the Milling head.
