TTS36

The TTS36 is a highly productive machine optimized for small workpieces up to 36 mm in bar Processing, featuring two turrets and exceptionally compact external dimensions. Ideal as a cost-effective entry-level solution for simultaneous machining of precision small parts.

A 90-degree slant bed allows for unobstructed chip flow and provides the operator with excellent access to the work area for process monitoring and tool changes on the turrets.

Modern motorized spindles for the main and sub-spindles are standard, as are modern SPINNER switching turrets with servo drives for swivel movement and high rotational speeds in the driven tool thanks to direct drive.

The sub-spindle, which travels on a cross slide, enables eccentric over-travel and high-performance polygon machining with a milling wheel on the sub-spindle, as well as a tailstock function for the sub-spindle.
