Microturn Grind

The MICROTURN-Grind is our hard turning machine with integrated professional grinding technology. It enables the finishing of certain functional surfaces through the use of external and internal grinding spindles. This means that surfaces to be ground can be pre-machined with minimal allowance in the same clamping and grinding times can be reduced. This is the first machine to combine turning and grinding technology equally in one concept.

The MICROTURN-Grind offers:

• Integration of an external grinding wheel with a diameter of 400 mm
• Up to two professionally integrated Internal grinding spindles
• Integrated dressing technology and Dimensional compensation
