3-axis milling machines
Powerful and dynamic precision
SPINNER 3-axis machining centers combine a compact design with high cutting performance for workpieces weighing up to 2,000 kg. The VC models impress as cross table machines with their solid, compact design, simple operation and an extremely favorable ratio of floor space to work area. The machines combine good dynamics, excellent vibration damping and optimum accessibility. The U3 traveling column milling machines have a fixed, rigid table on which even heavy workpieces can be securely clamped and machined.

4-axis milling machines
High cutting performance in a minimum of space
SPINNER 4-axis machining centers enable economical 4-sided machining of workpieces via an integrated rotary axis in the work area. The moving column models of the U4 series are equipped with a rigid turning table on which console tables, clamping towers and other clamping devices can be mounted. This allows flange and shaft-shaped workpieces to be fully machined without reclamping. Ergonomically adjustable control panels are available for controls from Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain.

5-axis milling machines

SPINNER's 5-axis machining centers are designed for demanding 5-sided machining. Our high-precision turning and tilting tables manufactured in-house are characterized by mechanical rigidity and high positioning accuracy. Thanks to the stable tables and guides, precision and performance remain constant even with large component heights and demanding materials. 5-axis simultaneous machining is also possible with the U-series models.
