Data protection declaration in-house exhibition

We, the company SPINNER Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik GmbH, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of the data protection laws. In the following, we will inform you which data is collected during your visit to our online registration page for the in-house exhibition and how it is used.

We collect your data to enable you to register for the in-house exhibition and to send you further information about the event. The data you provide will be used exclusively for the organization and implementation of the event. Your data will only be forwarded to third parties if this is necessary for the organization of the event (e.g. forwarding to an external service provider for on-site registration). We would like to point out that photos and videos are taken during our public events. These are used for documentation, training and advertising purposes. It is possible that these recordings will be published on our website, social media channels and/or on YouTube. We use these recordings to promote our events and to give interested parties and visitors an impression of our events. Publication only takes place if the data subjects have given their consent or if there is a legal basis for this. The data subjects have the right to object to the publication of photos and videos at any time. In this case, we will immediately remove your image in photos and videos from our channels.

  • Company name
  • Your address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number (optional)

The provision of your data is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR (fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

3. Storage and deletion of data

We store your data for as long as is necessary for the organization and execution of the event. After the event, your data will be deleted unless you have consented to the further use of your data (e.g. to receive information about further events).

4. Your rights

You have the right to receive information about the data we have stored about you at any time and to request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data. You also have the right to data portability. If you have consented to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. To do so, please contact datenschutz@spinner.eu.com.

5. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. The current version can be found on our website.
