Your Responsibilities
- You will train our industrial mechanics (m/f/d) and machining technicians (m/f/d), as well as our mechatronics technicians (m/f/d) and electronics technicians (m/f/d) in the introductory metalworking course.
- You will provide both hands-on and theoretical instruction and monitor the trainees’ progress.
- You will guide our trainees in their exam preparation.
- You will supervise interns and students in the above-mentioned fields.
Your Profile
- Training as an industrial mechanic or machining technician (m/f/d), etc., or in the field of mechanical engineering
- Practical experience as a trainer (m/f/d) is desirable
- Technical skills in conventional turning, milling, and grinding
- Enjoy working with young people and have a contagious enthusiasm for machining
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and exemplary conduct
- Training instructor certification (AdA) in accordance with AEVO is desirable
