Your tasks
- Coordinate national and international transportation of machines and spare parts by land, sea and air
- Create and check shipping and export documents for machines and spare parts (e.g. export declaration, EUR.1, EUR MED)
- Coordinate interaction between forwarding agents, customers and internal departments
- Arrange and monitor delivery dates and shipping status
- Maintain shipping data in the ERP system
Your profile
- Ideally training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in logistics or export
- Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured way of working
