As an internal sales expert at SPINNER, you will play a central role in technical customer service. You will analyze faults, advise customers on accessories and spare parts and support the field service technicians by telephone. Your tasks

  • Analyze incoming fault reports and develop targeted solution strategies
  • Provide customers with expert advice on spare parts and accessories for CNC machines
  • Plan and coordinate service calls
  • Provide technical support for field service technicians by telephone
  • Remotely diagnose complex technical problems on CNC machine tools

Your profile

  • Completed training in the fields of CNC technology, electronics, mechatronics or machining
  • Field service experience in technical service for CNC machine tools an advantage
  • Confidence in dealing with customers
  • Independent and results-oriented way of working
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility
