Your tasks
- Analyze incoming fault reports and develop targeted solution strategies
- Provide customers with expert advice on spare parts and accessories for CNC machines
- Plan and coordinate service calls
- Provide technical support for field service technicians by telephone
- Remotely diagnose complex technical problems on CNC machine tools
Your profile
- Completed training in the fields of CNC technology, electronics, mechatronics or machining
- Field service experience in technical service for CNC machine tools an advantage
- Confidence in dealing with customers
- Independent and results-oriented way of working
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility
