Your tasks
- Receive customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail
- Communicate with customers in German and English
- Invoicing service calls and travel expenses, creating credit notes
- Maintain and update customer data
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in working with an ERP system desirable
- Team player, customer-oriented, strong communicator
