Information on Export Control and Compliance with International Sanctions
1. We strongly condemn the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine and fully support the international sanctions against Russia / Belarus.
2. Spinner Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik GmbH strictly adheres to all export control regulations. We do not sell or deliver machines to Russia / Belarus - neither directly nor indirectly.
3. Our internal compliance program (ICP) includes extensive research and verification mechanisms both before an order is placed and after delivery, including:
- Due diligence checklists
- Know-Your-Customer checks
- Sanctions and terrorist list checks
- End-use declarations and end-user profiles
- Not-For-Russia and Not-for-Belarus agreements
- Commissioning protocols
- Maintenance contracts
4. We condemn any circumvention of sanctions by third parties. Should we become aware of violations, we will immediately block affected machines from customer service, maintenance, and spare parts supply.
5. We are continuously working to improve our security measures to prevent potential cases of misuse. Geo tracking for new machines is in preparation for 2025.
6. Unfortunately, the used machinery market with an estimated 10,000 machines worldwide is beyond our control. We appeal to all parties involved, especially dealers and end customers outside Europe, to support the international sanctions against Russia / Belarus.
