As a CNC application technician (m/f/d) in the SPINNER demo center, you are our expert for innovative machining solutions. Use your technical know-how to optimize CNC programs, train customers and actively shape the future of production technology. Your tasks
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for high-precision milling and turning machines.
- Apply the latest manufacturing processes and technologies and help with their further development.
- Conduct practical customer training sessions both in our factory and directly at the customer's site.
- Present our machine solutions at live demonstrations and at international trade fairs.
- Develop tailor-made tool and clamping device solutions for individual customer components - from concept to set-up to process optimization.
- Work closely with our development and sales teams and contribute your ideas for continuous product improvement.
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC turner / CNC milling machine operator (m/f/d) or similar
- Very good knowledge of CNC programming, ideally Sinumerik SINUMERIK 840D / ONE
- Relevant experience in CNC machining
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- A high degree of quality awareness, initiative, organizational skills and communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English to support international customers
