As a trainer for electrical engineering at SPINNER, you will help shape the future of automation technology. You will teach budding electronics engineers the basics of PLC controls in a practical way. In our modern training workshop, you will use innovative technologies to inspire young talents and prepare them for their professional careers. Your tasks - promote talent and set standards
- Train our apprentices in the "Electronics technician for automation technology" job profile in accordance with the applicable training regulations
- Develop and update training plans and materials
- Plan and carry out learning success checks and perform regular performance assessments
- Prepare trainees for intermediate and final examinations
- Organize and conduct in-house lessons and supervise interns and students
Your profile - expertise meets enthusiasm
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electronics or mechatronics, preferably with a focus on automation technology, desirably with a master craftsman title or comparable qualification
- Trainer aptitude (Ada) according to AEVO or willingness to acquire this in the near future
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
- Sound knowledge of programming PLC controls
- Pedagogical skills and enjoy working with young people
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
- A sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility
