Your tasks

  • Process purchase requests and purchase requisitions
  • Conduct supplier correspondence
  • Obtain offers
  • Place orders, check order confirmations and manage deadlines
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery dates in consultation with the dispatchers
  • Process complaints
  • Create evaluations and statistics
  • Maintain article master

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in purchasing desirable, technical knowledge would be an advantage
  • Career changers with MS Office and ERP knowledge are welcome
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team
