Workpiece handling

Compact, universal robot cell SPINNER - ROBOBOX for installation at the front or side of the machine for largely unmanned loading / unloading of workpieces in SPINNER CNC machine tools.

The robot is integrated in a box installed in front or side of the machine and picks workpieces from a 5 pcs. drawer storage for raw / finished parts, internal dimensions of the storage drawers 800x600mm.

-> 3 drawers with a height of 150mm, 2 drawers with a height of 200mm

• A very flexible solution
• for small batches mostly for sawed blank material
• to replace operator who puts workpieces in and out only

Possible functionallity

In several SPINNER machines a Robot can be integrated inside the machine or on top of the machine directly. Those are flexible but performing solutions with shorter cycle time as the operator door doesn't need to be opened for loading and the operator is not limited by the robot. The process is quick and can be watched through normal front door.
